The unit is not childproofed in any way, and it is your responsibility to ensure your children's safety during your stay. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. Pets are not allowed at this property. Any vendors entering the property are prohibited. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person per day for every visitor not identified by guest in the reservation. Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture.
