It features an upgraded kitchen, dual room split system A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, and assigned off-street parking for 1 vehicle included . It’s exceptionally well maintained. It's a very close (maybe 600 yards or so) quick stroll to the beautiful Kam 1 white sandy beach just down the hill. Very quick and easy walking distance to great beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and very close to south Maui bus line. It has a large bathroom with shower and in-unit washer dryer. It has a separate entry as well. The garden setting off the front and back lends that lived in tropical setting. There is one assigned parking spot in the driveway. Just recently re-painted - light grey tones and now with new vinyl plank flooring throughout. There private, quiet and clean ohana is only offered as completely non-smoking and no pets allowed. The units here are either owner occupied or for long term rental.
