It's just a couple of minutes' walk down the hill to Kam 1 (Kama'ole 1) beach, ABC store + Bus, Hawaiian Moons health store, etc; a great morning stroll, and all around great jogging or bicycling location. • Includes: washer/dryer, recently new mini-split air conditioning in both rooms, ceiling fans, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal • Separate locking mailbox • about 600 yards or so just up the hill from Kam1 -Kama'ole Beach Park1, ABC store / bus stop • No smoking, flame nor e-cig/vape of any kind (in or out) • Sorry No Pets • Tenant pays and provides for their own TV service or internet service as desired. • Electric and Water are included - per reasonable use Seek pleasant quiet renters who will keep the unit very clean with very good credit and references.
