Guests and their visitors must not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, or use the premises for any unlawful purposes; violations may lead to eviction and forfeiture. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the listing, and the host reserves the right to charge for extra guests if this policy is breached. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, grounds, furnishings, household items, pool, or hot tub caused during occupancy, including additional cleaning charges.
