The community is located approximately midway between Naples and Fort Myers. This furnished second floor condominium with has 2 bedroom vaulted ceilings and a lanai with golf course views. Main bedroom has a walk-in closet, a separate linen closet, ceiling fan, furnished with a king-size bed(see photo for other furniture) , cable TV hook-up, vaulted ceiling and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed(see photo for other furniture), ceiling fan, closet and is next to the second bathroom. Main living area includes a pullout sofa bed, entertainment center(see photo for other furniture), remote control ceiling fan, access doors to the lanai and vaulted ceiling. Dining area has vaulted ceiling, dimmable chandelier, dining room table and chairs(see photo). Kitchen features a breakfast bar with comfortable barstool seating, french door refrigerator (pullout freezer drawer)and dimmable lights. Next to the kitchen is pantry as well as a smaller dining area. Other appliances include: microwave oven, stove/oven, sink disposal and dishwasher. Lanai has patio furniture and a ceiling fan/light and over looks the golf course greens. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The condo is assigned one carport spot and there is additional unassigned parking in front of the building. Storage locker is in front of the assigned parking space. The HVAC system is maintained through a premium service agreement, which includes replacement of UV bulb and HVAC filter at no charge to the tenant.
