This fantastic Windsor Island resort home has an incredible floor plan. You will enter into an huge open downstairs floor plan with well equipped kitchen, quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances , large Island with seating and a great view out the patio door to the covered lanai and large pool area with screened backyard to keep out the Florida bugs. Also in this open concept area is a Dining area and spacious living room with comfortable seating and large TV. You will find a downstairs two large king master suites with its own ensuite baths. There is even a patio door from the master to walk out to the covered lanai and pool. You will also find a spacious laundry room downstairs with full size washer and dryer. Upstairs you will be greeted as you walk up the stairs to a large lounge area with 100 inch projector screens, seating area, and a great place to watch your favorite movie. On top of that is the standard sized pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. You will find 7 more bedrooms upstairs including three fantastic kids Themed rooms are found up here as well. Mickey room has 2 twins beds, Frozen theme room has 2 twins, and Frozen has two twins as well. All this in the Brand new Gated Community of Windsor Island. Resort Amenities are fully completed and opened. The amenities include a large resort pool, Children\'s Water park, Lazy River, Water Slide, Bar area, Cabana Rental, Mini putt golf, Fire pit, Sand Volleyball court. You may never want to leave. We will need all the guests names age of 18 or older to be registered in the gated system prior to arrival. The pool heat is additional $65/night, The BBQ grill is $150 to use for the entire stay.
