Once you inquire to view the property you will be sent a short list of basic questions to make sure you will be a good fit before viewing. 2. A viewing time to tour the house will be scheduled. 3. If you wish to proceed after viewing I will invite you to submit an application. The application fee is $55. That covers the cost of a credit report, background check, and eviction history report. 4. If all requirements are met and everything checks out we will proceed with setting up the lease.
