Pet friendly with a $250 per pet non-refundable deposit. One dog maximum or two indoor cats. All pets are subject to landlord approval. 1 year lease minimum. $1,749/month rent. $1,000 security deposit required. Financial requirements: Monthly household income is 3x the rent. 640+ credit score. (No exceptions to these requirements) Application Process: 1. Once you inquire to view the property you will be sent a short list of basic questions to make sure you will be a good fit before viewing. 2. A viewing time to tour the house will be scheduled. 3. If you wish to proceed after viewing I will invite you to submit an application. The application fee is $55. That covers the cost of a credit report, background check, and eviction history report. 4. If all requirements are met and everything checks out we will proceed with setting up the lease.
