Any decision will be based on the nature and severity of the offense, the time elapsed, and evidence of rehabilitation Applicant acknowledges that a consumer report and tenant screening report may be obtained in connection with this application. Screening reports may include credit history, rental history, eviction history, criminal background, income verification, and other information relevant to tenancy.
