The entry is long and narrow but gives access to the first bedroom with adjoining second room or the living room. The first bedroom has big sliding doors to make it a true closed room. Many possibilities with this configuration including nursery, office, exercise room, etc. The living room is quaint and has an abundance of natural light, a breakfast nook/bar seating between the kitchen and living room, and gas fireplace. There are Douglas fir floors throughout the home. The kitchen is spacious and has tile counters, a gas cooktop with built-in microwave above, a built-in hutch, dishwasher, and big ceramic sink. Off of the kitchen is a sweet dining area with exterior access to the side yard. Side yard is perfect for your small dog to run and play! The one bathroom has a classic clawfoot tub with curtain surround making it a shower too! There is a pedestal sink and small medicine cabinet storage as well. The laundry room is across from the bathroom and includes the washer/dryer. There is ample storage in this area for hanging clothes or storing laundry supplies. Just down the hall from the bathroom and laundry room is an office area. It is small but functional. The desk and cabinet can stay. All other furniture in the home will be removed. The front porch wraps around to the side of the house and opens up to a LARGE sun deck. Fun for entertaining, alfresco dinners or watching the stars at night. Central heat & air. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard/landscaping.
