This home is located close to dining and entertainment options both by land or boat, and accommodates 14. The main floor consists mostly of a bright, open concept kitchen combined with an expansive living space lined with windows that overlook the lake. You can take your gathering outdoors as well, as the deck area features a full dining table and comfortable seating space. There is also a primary king on this level with a lovely lake view and private access to the back deck lounge area. It includes an ensuite bath with shower and double vanity. Upstairs, a second primary king faces the lake with double doors leading out to a private balcony. It has an ensuite bath, perfectly appointed with a soaking tub (also with lake views!), a large, dual-headed shower, and a double vanity as well as an enclosed water closet. Also upstairs is a room with two queens, extra seating and desk, which leads to an adjoining king and ensuite with tub/shower combo. Perfect for families! On the lower level of this home, your group will enjoy a secondary living space outfitted for entertainment with kitchenette, TV, shuffleboard, foosball and air hockey. Down the hall, you\'ll find a custom bunk room with 4 twin XLs and a hallway bath with shower. Out the lower level doors, enjoy a large covered seating area that allows you to experience the pool deck from the comfort of the shade. There are 4 chaise lounges for catching rays poolside, should you prefer to get some sun. Beyond the pool and backyard, you\'ll find a dock for your boat and 2 kayaks that you and your guests may use to explore the lake in whatever way you choose! StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat. The spa portion of the pool is not a hot tub and does not function in the same way a \'stand alone\' hot tub functions. The spa portion cannot be heated separately and is heated to the same temperature of the pool. *Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season. This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
