Quick bike or drive to both Duke campuses and hospitals. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Hardwood floors throughout. Main bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, second bedroom with full-sized bed; third bedroom currently used as a child's bedroom but could easily be converted to an office. Fenced in backyard with deck. One year lease from August 10 2024 to August 10 2025, start and end dates somewhat flexible. First and last month's rent plus security deposit. No smoking. No pets. We want you to feel at home in our home. Parking for up to two cars single-file in our open driveway along the side of the house.
