This gated community of 42 homes offers furnished (at no extra cost) and unfurnished one bedroom Park Model Homes. Large porches allow you to view beautiful New Mexico sunrises over the Sacramento Mountains and breathtaking sunsets toward the San Andres and Oscura Mountains. Our community-focused hamlet hums with a mindful spirit of peace and tranquility. Located near the corner of N. Florida and Indian Wells, we are within walking distance of mass transit, shopping and convenience stores. Please come explore what this tiny home village has to offer you. All utilities are included in the monthly rental: electric, water, sewage, trash plus cable and wifi. We offer a free laundry facility on site and some rental units with W/D in the unit. There is a garden area with raised garden beds and a large dog park for your furry companions. We also have covered carports and storage sheds for each unit. Recreational activities are available year-round in Alamogordo, with plenty of options for hiking, camping, golfing, paragliding, and snow skiing. Alamogordo is also convenient to Holloman Air Force Base, making it a desirable location for military families in particular.
Despite continuous growth, Alamogordo maintains a small-town atmosphere. The city holds regular events, including the White Sands Balloon Invitational, Cottonwood Arts and Crafts Festival, a Cinco de Mayo celebration, summertime concerts at the International Space Hall of Fame, Oktoberfest, and an annual Christmas Parade. Alamogordo offers diverse attractions such as the New Mexico Museum of Space History and Alameda Park Zoo as well.
