You can enjoy the amenities such as a nice community pool right outside your backyard just steps away from the gate. Truly such a relaxing home to treat yourself to some self-care! This two-story town home with tall ceilings and hardwood flooring, right as you are in the walkway it will lead you into the dining and living area with the kitchen to your left that has an abundance of cabinet storage space and a spacious countertop for all cooking needs. The dining area has a sliding glass door out to the backyard as well that leading into very spacious living area that has another glass sliding door into the backyard as well where you can see the pool right from the window. Both these glass doors leave such great natural lighting to bring in that homey feeling touch to the house. Also downstairs to the right of entryway you will find a bathroom and a good, sized bedroom with a built-in desk and cabinet space for storage that gets great natural lighting with the window looking outside. The upstairs consist of another regular good-sized bedroom with built in wooden shelves for storage as well as sliding door that leads out into the balcony. The next room over is the master that is very spacious and leading into the mirrored closet space which has two sections, the master has two nice sized windows looking out into the front of the house. The master has a bathroom connected to the laundry room, into the hallway. Please note: There are washer and dryer hookups. The owner is open to providing a washer and dryer should the applicant be interested. 6 month or 1 year lease offered. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.
