The main living area features a king-size bed, a loft with a queen sofa bed, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. The spa-inspired bathroom offers a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a luxurious soaking tub set beside a two-sided fireplace. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom. Central air-conditioning keeps the space comfortable. Step onto your spacious private deck, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a propane barbeque grill. Free parking is available across the street in the unpaved lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Located just west of Austin along the south shore of Lake Travis, The Reserve at Lake Travis offers a blend of tranquility and adventure. Enjoy direct access to Lake Travis for boating, swimming, and water skiing. Explore championship golf courses, shops, and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or visit downtown Austin, just a 45-minute drive away. Nearby restaurants include TR Restaurant, Sp Brazilian Steakhouse, The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen, The Dining Room at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. Local attractions include Dragon Park, Lakeway City Park, Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Volente Beach Resort and Waterpark, and Austin Aquarium. Grocery and shopping options include Target, Homegoods, H-E-B, Randalls, and Hill Country Galleria. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties and fireworks are not allowed. The stairs leading to the loft are steep, so please observe safety and monitor children. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. [SI]
