Smoking is not allowed on the premises, with a minimum smoking fee of $200, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by the trusted partner. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and terms and conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing.
