Whether you're here to reconnect with nature, seek adventure, or simply relax in style—The Reserve at Lake Travis is your perfect getaway. Smoking is not allowed on the premises with a minimum smoking fee of $200. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. Please feel free to take out the trash and place it in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle. Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by our trusted partner. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. We take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. If you are experiencing issues, please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
