Rich of the history of Racine and the surrounding area up into Milwaukee at the turn of the 20th century. home was built as a duplex with an upstairs living area and a downstairs- each with separate front and rear doors, a beautiful porch, a rear fenced area for private enjoyment a d fresh grass, a parking spot. Front traditional wood porch and well maintained so that you can catch the cool breeze in the late evening from land to lake on Clarence Street (which is a quiet, mature, older neighborhood with big trees. all Water Systems have been updated by City so safe piping and Safe Water! the unit itself has the attic above it that could be used for storage. a stairwell that has space available for coats and Boots and then a second door on second floor that is locked entering into the kitchen, which then enters into the common living area. the bathroom is right off of that common living area as are the two bedrooms. Unit is fairly spacious for the money. this area of Racine close to the school and the River Parkway which jogging hiking and generally taking a nature great possibilities. and, it is high on the hill overlooking other parts of Racine- generally a very nice area to live this life.
