Front traditional wood porch and well maintained so that you can catch the cool breeze in the late evening from land to lake on Clarence Street (which is a quiet, mature, older neighborhood with big trees. all Water Systems have been updated by City so safe piping and Safe Water! the unit itself has the attic above it that could be used for storage. a stairwell that has space available for coats and Boots and then a second door on second floor that is locked entering into the kitchen, which then enters into the common living area. the bathroom is right off of that common living area as are the two bedrooms. Unit is fairly spacious for the money. this area of Racine close to the school and the River Parkway which jogging hiking and generally taking a nature great possibilities. and, it is high on the hill overlooking other parts of Racine- generally a very nice area to live this life.

Walden School about 8 houses away with an unbelievable sledding hill! You are high on the hill in a quiet neighborhood by Holy Communion Church, Calvary Cemetery and Riverside Park - where the Root River peacefully winds through the valley. Trails, courts, and activities are all right there at the park. Of course, the great Lake Michigan is nearby. Get on your bike, ride the city and then Lake Michigan trail out to the Racine Breakwater lighthouse and take in the solace of the waves lapping on breakwalls - watch the sun come up over the great lake! 15 minutes on a bike. Much room in this unit - more like a private house, vs. apartment feel (if you get it!) Vibe is great and cozy - master bedroom has full walk-in closet with much shelving/organization built in. Second bedroom has closet with built-in organizing also and does allow walking into the closet. Lots of windows all around - great ventilation and natural sun all year. Bathroom has new bluetooth/nightlight fan unit and shower over tub, nice modern vanity and faucet and new lighting. Many shelves built-in.
