This apartment received new flooring, texture, paint, upscale kitchen faucet, curtain rods etc during a significant remodel in September 2023. This apartment offers a private entryway that leads to a small private basement (washer and dryer provided, nice storage available) and private stairway to a secure entry door to the apartment. Parking is convenient with shared use of a newly refurbished 2-car garage. The apartment offers a comfortable living space, with plenty of windows, overhead lights and ceiling fans, and gas heat. A nice kitchen with lots of cupboards comes with stove and fridge provided. The bedroom is huge, easily fitting a king bed, and offers lighted ceiling fan and lots of natural light. There is a big bathroom with tremendous storage and shower over tub with a modern surround. Your private balcony overlooks the enormous, mostly-fenced yard that is shared with and kept in nice condition by the peaceful downstairs neighbor. LEASE REQUIREMENTS: At least two years of documented work and rental history, an income equal to at least 3 times the monthly rent, no evictions or unpaid judgments in the last 5 years, and a peaceful, law-abiding reputation per CCAP. Highly qualified applicants without extensive rental history may also be considered. LEASE TERMS: An approved application and background check will be required for all adult tenants. The lease will be written as month-to-month for administrative reasons, but a long term tenant is preferred. Security deposit of $750 is due upon lease signing, and first month's rent ($750) is due prior to move-in. Tenant pays for all utilities. No lawn care is required. Tenant in this unit handles only the snow/ice removal from only their front entryway. Cat(s) may be acceptable pending references and additional fully-refundable security deposit.
