If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. Located a 5-minute drive to Third Ward and a 15-minute drive to General Mitchell airport, this apartment is walkable to grocery and convenience stores, The Ivy House event space, and the city's best restaurants and bars along 2nd St and throughout the neighborhood. Access to the mailbox and package room is only provided to long-term guests (30+ day stays), and we are not responsible for items delivered to the building. No smoking is allowed, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm.
