This 1-bedroom plus den unit is perfect for families, large companies, or working professionals. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This bright unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high-end furniture chosen by an award-winning interior designer. The fully functional kitchen includes supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but they shall not exceed 35 lbs (15kg) in weight each, with a maximum of two pets. The pet fee is $20 per night for 1 pet.
