The home has a very large fenced in backyard and a covered patio area. All stainless steel appliances as well as a washer and dryer (owner will not do maintenance on washer/dryer). Amazing covered patio and fenced backyard. Lots of storage space throughout the home. It is centrally located and close to interstate access. Tenant pays all utilities (water/electric/gas) and is responsible for yard care. Pet friendly but some dog breeds are restricted. 2 pet maximum. See below for application criteria and info on additional fees. Rent: $1100 Deposit: $1100 ($900 refundable security deposit - $200 non-refundable leasing fee due at lease signing) APPLICATION/CRITERIA: *MANDATORY* $65 application fee for each future occupant, 18 or older, must submit individual applications. NO EXCEPTIONS. Background checks include residential, credit, and criminal history. Income requirement is 3 times the amount of rent. Applications are available online via our website. Application fees are non-refundable.
