Medium size bedroom with full access to a living room with fireplace, full bathroom (shared with just 2 other full-time working single men), dining area, kitchen, and laundry room in the basement. All, some, or none of what's contained in the bedroom photos is available upon request. Just 55 minutes via Public Transportation to Manhattan. By car, very near to entrances to the Grand Central Parkway, Long Island Expressway, Clearview Expressway, and the Cross Island Expressway. Street parking available 24/7/365 with no opposite side of the street parking. Rent without utilities and Wi-Fi is $940 per month. Your pro rata share of Utilities (Gas, Electric, and Water) will average about $150 per month, depending upon each month's actual usage and actual monthly bills. Your rent for the following month and itemized utilities plus optional Wi-Fi for the coming month, are emailed monthly around the 25th of the month. Utility bills are available upon request for viewing. Optional Ultra Fast Fios 940/880 Gigabit Wi-Fi is available for just $35/month. It's OK to use a microwave and small refrigerator in your living space but no hotplates and the like. Free washer and dryer is available in the basement. Total amount to move in is $3,120 which includes your first month's rent and a Security Deposit. Two references plus proof of income are required. NO PETS. IMPORTANT NOTE: Either party may terminate the handshake agreement with a MINIMUM of 30 days' written notice - email is acceptable. Once written notice is given the final month's rent and utilities need not be paid on the 1st of the final month of residence - it will be deducted from your Security Deposit. The balance of your Security Deposit will be reimbursed once you surrender your keys and vacate, after deductions for the final month's utilities, Wi-Fi (if chosen), and repairs if required.
