Comfy 2 BR 2 BA corner unit condo in quiet south cocoa beach right on the ocean. Beautifully updated and decorated with high-end appointments with a warm homey feel. Relax by the private pool or sit on the balcony with full ocean views listening to the waves roll in. You might even see a SpaceX rocket launch. Walking distance to some restaurants and a short 1-mile drive to downtown for shopping, bars, restaurants and ice cream. Private, gated and fenced pool accessible only to residents and guests. Gated access to beach from back of property or public beach access from the side. Gas and convenience store across the street. Squid Lips restaurant on the river directly across from the property. Pool and beach Airbnb Reviews: The placement of this condo is ideal within the complex. On the end, 2nd story, and a great angle to watch the launch from the balcony! It is a very quiet complex and everyone we bumped into was friendly. The pool was often the place to chat with the neighbors. The complex also has a nice grill and 3 ways to wash off-yourself/stuff from the beach/pool. This has been a little gem. Todd has also been a great host. Great communication and quick to respond. This is an amazing place! We travel to Florida every summer and this by far is the best we have stayed at!!! The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The view is the best thing. You can see the ocean from just about every spot in your condo. Can’t wait to return!! Away from hustle and hype of "central" Cocoa Beach, this complex offers quiet, fabulous views, no crowds and friendly, friendly people. Condo is well sited with the extra window that comes with an end unit...you get to see the ocean from two views (and a third by looking for appropriately placed mirrors!). Todd was attentive to our needs as was his "manager," his mother Greer! You could sleep dozens in the HUGE Master bedroom bed (we did not)...everything was well designed for a conformable and happy stay. Thanks, Todd If you are looking for a luxurious oceanfront condo in a quiet part of Cocoa Beach, you won't be able to do better than Todd's condo. It is a wonderful place to stay. The view from the balcony is fantastic with beautiful ocean sunrises, ships passing by as they enter and depart Port Canaveral, a perfect view of launches from the Kennedy Space Center, and all the usual beach activity. Every aspect of the condo is top-of-the-line, from the bedding and furniture to the kitchen and laundry appliances, cookware, showers, and television. You will love this place. Todd and his local property manager are wonderful to work with.
