About This Property
The entire second floor of a Victorian home with separate entrance, built-in cabinets and hardwood floors, kitchen area, bathroom with shower, new heating and air conditioning system and new windows. Home is located close to everything (downtown, hiking trails and river, highway 80, restaurants, and shopping), yet quiet. This is the upstairs of our home, and a smaller space, so we prefer a quiet, kind and conscious renter. We prefer 1 (one) person, and will only take a MAXIMUM of 2 (two) people, including children, no exceptions. It's best if applicants have a stable income and rental history. 1-year lease, then month-to-month. Trash/recycling, water, gas, electric and internet included. Available Friday, February 24th or potentially sooner. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Security deposit: $1500
