About This Property
Property Id: 1240161 Single private bedroom, in shared mansion with roommates. Experience this historic 1700's Mansion with more fireplaces than I can count! This house is a bit unusual, it is 300 years old, originally a small Quaker home, and even has an interesting story attached to it as it grew and expanded from a 400 square foot foot-print to an 8,000 square foot mansion. The original house was built in the 1600s as a Quaker plan house. The British burned it to the ground in 1777 before it was rebuilt. Private room with shared living spaces in common areas. The house is 8,000 square feet, so not crowded at all!
21 Willow Creek Ln is a house located in New Castle County and the 19711 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Red Clay Consolidated attendance zone.

Newark’s dominant landmark and cultural hub is undeniably the University of Delaware campus, where the student body nearly matches the city’s population of permanent residents. Accordingly, many of the community’s resources are tailor-made for the collegiate crowd: an eclectic mix of restaurants and nightlife venues lines Main Street on the north side of campus, and affordable apartments are easy to find anywhere in town.
Despite the fact that it is primarily a college town, Newark maintains a diverse population with rental options available to suit any lifestyle. The sprawling nature preserves that border the northern end of the city provide gorgeous settings for hiking, camping, canoeing, and simply enjoying the great outdoors. Just thirty minutes from Wilmington, Newark also makes an excellent home base for commuters.
