About This Home
This is a fully furnished and equipped bedroom (145 sq ft) in my home, perfect for temporary housing for (postgrad) students at Hobard & Smith Colleges (1-1.5 miles away) or at Cornell AgriTech (1 mile away), or a staff member who needs a temporary abode. This is a bedroom in a family home, so you will be part of the family (which is currently only the owner and his little puppy). Shared with them: bathroom, kitchen (with everything in it), living room, washer/dryer; there is plenty of storage space in the basement. Become part of the family! Tolerance of my affectionate mid-size dog required (see image of living room, with him on the couch). Gravel driveway spot for your car. All utilities (incl. central heat and a/c) as well as Wifi (optical 500 Mbps) are included.
21 Oak St is a house located in Ontario County and the 14456 ZIP Code.
