Tenants have their own parking area of off street parking that can also fit 2 more vehicles for visitors and a private back patio.. Rent is $750.00 per month for a 6 month semester. With $750.00 security deposit at lease signing. Tenants pay for heating, electric, and WiFi separately through NYSEG and Spectrum. Garbage Removal, Lawn Care, Snow Removal and maintenance repairs are included in lease agreement. Rent is collected at the beginning of each month.
