Let me start by saying that the complex is decent and neighbors are generally nice. My big problem is that in the last 2 years we've had things stolen from both right outside our door (a kids stroller) and inside our patio (bikes/skateboards). Yes that's right, actually inside a fenced patio. Additionally, there have been numerous break ins in the parking garage during our 3.5 years here. The whole reason is there are zero locks on any entrances in this complex (both foot entrances and car ones). There are 4 ways to get to the courtyard and none of them have a lock or security measure. I sincerely hope that management please get their act together and do something about this. I do not feel as safe as I should here.
