This gated community is over 700 acres nestled around natural preserves and a 240 acre lake. (3-mile walk or bike around the lake). Our home is comfortable. We have lived in this house since it was built in 2020 and enhanced it with upgrades that focus on ease of use and comfort. This includes soft-close cabinets and drawers, Comfort Height toilets, memory foam beds throughout, perfect pitch reclining sofas and a 6-person outdoor spa. Our home is beautiful. 12-foot ceilings throughout, contemporary art and style, tile flooring in the main areas and master BR, and carpeting in the guest bedrooms. The open floor layout is optimal for hanging out or for entertaining. Impact glass on all windows, finished laundry room with sink, and use of one stall in the garage. Quartz countertops, farmhouse, granite kitchen sink, and stacked kitchen cabinets. Our home is fully stocked. Bedding, towels, etc. are all included. The kitchen is fully furnished with newer appliances, and all you will need including, but not limited to stainless steel fridge/freezer with ice-maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, teapot, blender, all kitchen utensils, etc. You do need to supply your own paper goods, laundry and dish soaps, etc. Our home is fun. The outdoor living area includes expanded and finished lanai and oversized spa. Upgraded 35-foot long custom saltwater pool and heated spa with a descending water feature. Outdoor dining table, couches and loungers are there for your use. Our community is the best. Enjoy the on-site restaurant, the Captain's Club. Enormous lake, (almost a mile across), non-engine boating, fishing, kayaking, (includes fishing pier), and boat launch is readily available. Amenities include the clubhouse with and 24-hour fitness center, movement/yoga studio and massage rooms (staff on site), bocce ball, 5 "Har-Tru" tennis courts, 6 pickle ball courts, fire pits, and playground. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at the lakefront Captain's Club bar and restaurant. Multiple TV's to watch a ballgame. Easy access to I-75, RSW airport, FGCU, shopping and dining. Misc. There is an application process with our HOA. That fee is $300. They require renter's insurance Rental includes WIFI (Cable TV not included), smart TV's will give you access to your Netflix and other subscriptions. $150 monthly allowance for electricity (if it goes over you pay the difference). $200 cleaning fee No pets, no smoking
