We have a designated covered parking stall and an elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The Island Sound pool, in-ground hot tub, and grilling station are just 100 yards away. The walk to the River Clubhouse is about 10 minutes, or drive and park there. The Gold Club house is also a 10 minute walk. The Tennis/Pickleball clubhouse is only 2 minutes away. The transfer of the amenities includes privileges for golf, tennis, pickleball, 2 restaurants, boat shuttle, fitness center, use of kayaks, and boat launch.
