Available March 14th 2026 This is our 2 bedroom Condo that we renovated and updated in Jan-Feb 2026. The condo has fresh paint, new furniture in the living room, dining room and lanai, new vinyl plank flooring, new lighting, 2 new ceiling fans, all 3 mattresses are new, and new linens. The condo is located in the Island Sound II neighborhood of Pelican Sound (PS). We are in the 2nd building from the neighborhood pool and our building is the only one in PS that overlooks the Estero River, so you can watch boats, kayaks and wildlife pass by from our elevated 3rd floor lanai view. The golf course has 27 hole designed by renowned architects Mike Hill and Chip Powell. There are 14 Pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and 5 Bocce courts. Leagues and drop-ins are available for all, or reserve a court. THE CONDO- The living room features a new 65-inch smart TV, WiFi internet, 2 power leather recliners, 2 swivel chairs, and a pull out queen sized sofa. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, cable TV, ceiling fan and en-suite bath including a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, cable TV, ceiling fan and closet. Additional features include a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Our dining room table can be expanded to seat 10. The kitchen features a stove, fridge with water and ice, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry. Our lanai overlooking the Estero River has new furniture with seating for 4 and a coffee table. We have a designated covered parking stall and an elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The Island Sound pool, in-ground hot tub, and grilling station are just 100 yards away. The walk to the River Clubhouse is about 10 minutes, or drive and park there. The Gold Club house is also a 10 minute walk. The Tennis/Pickleball clubhouse is only 2 minutes away. The transfer of the amenities includes privileges for golf, tennis, pickleball, 2 restaurants, boat shuttle, fitness center, use of kayaks, and boat launch. Boat storage in the on-site storage lot is $65/month. The fees to rent are $310 for the application fee and $465 + tax = $495.23 for the transfer fee. So $805.23 total plus the rent amount of $7,000 per month, or $225 per day with a 30 day minimum. Off season rent May 1 - October 31 is $5,000 a month. Pelican Sound is a bundled, gated community offering golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, 6 pools, 2 clubhouses with dining, dog runs, bocce, a boat shuttle to Lover's Key Beach, a fitness center, fitness classes and more.
