A washer and dryer are discreetly located just off the kitchen for your convenience. The second floor offers two serene bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and another flat screen TV. A shared full bathroom and a cozy desk nook complete this level. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. A pet fee of $60 will be charged only if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. There is 1 parking spot available on Bolton Lane in front of the garage door. Situated just steps from downtown Savannah’s finest attractions, you’ll be surrounded by top dining spots such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci’s, and The Mansion on Forsyth. Enjoy the convenience of trolley tours, eclectic shops, and the vibrant events held at Forsyth Park, including the popular jazz festivals and free concerts. A pleasant stroll takes you to River Street, while a short 20-minute drive brings you to the sandy shores of Tybee Island for a day at the beach. For coffee enthusiasts and grocery runs, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all just a minute’s drive away. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a maximum weight of 30 pounds. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person and a starter pack of essentials. The property requires identity verification and a completed profile.
