The three rooms available are as follows: one (1) on the lower floor with the other two renters and two (2) on the top floor - $850/month per room with a bathroom on each floor. We prefer a group of over individuals for ease of tenants. Features: Two separate floors of living space; large eat-in kitchen; 2 baths, new wall-to-wall carpeting, hardwood flooring, large bedrooms with closets, newly renovated screened porch and yard. Walking distance to Cornell Campus and Ithaca Commons. Coin-op laundry on site. No private parking, street parking is readily available. Apartment is located between E. Buffalo and E. Seneca Streets on Stewart Avenue. Rent includes all utilities: heat, hot/cold water, electric, and WiFi. No pets policy. One time annual county solid waste fee of $20 and garbage fee of $80 (each total fee evenly split between the five tenants) due upon lease signing with first month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's rent. Available August 1st, 2026.
