About The Twin Towers The Twin Towers Waikiki condos take full advantage of their location on the Ala Wai. Every unit faces onto the canal, then off to the grand Koolau Mountains, bringing that open vista right into your home. Though appearing to be separate buildings, the twin towers are actually connected, forming one structure. The residences in it are almost exclusively 2BR layouts that span either 942 or 977 sq ft interiors. The remaining are two 3BR units, both of which have 1,450 sq ft. Outside you have at least 108 sq ft of lanai looking out over the scenery that stretches for miles on the mauka side of the district. It's one of the priceless benefits of Waikiki condos on this edge of the neighborhood. Though this part of the Ala Wai is a little further from the beach, it's still an easy walk, ending up at one of the larger, and less crowded, stretches of sand in Waikiki.
