The movie room offers a cozy space for family movie nights, and the game room provides endless entertainment options for everyone. Pool heating is optional at a cost of $65 per day. If the home is equipped with a spa or hot tub, heating is included in the rental amount year-round. Located near Bell Bank Park, a 320-acre world-class family sports and entertainment park, this home is perfect for sports enthusiasts. The park features a 3,000-seat outdoor stadium, eSports arena, numerous sports fields, and courts, as well as a fitness center and wellness center. Queen Creek Marketplace is within walking distance, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options for your convenience. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided, and violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and incur additional fines. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Air conditioning cannot be set below 70 degrees to prevent unit issues. For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap is determined as presented in your rental agreement. A laptop computer is not included.
