Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $30. Pets are allowed for an extra $100 fee. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from the rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, leading to dismissal from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to the property. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
