About This Property

Get comfortable in our beautifully renovated, fully furnished, first floor condo. Weather you are in town for work or relocating, this is the perfect place to call home. We take pride in creating a clean and inviting space that has all the amenities you need. Newly remodeled unit with new kitchen, bathroom and includes washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, and Internet. All utilities, internet, And TV included in lease. 3 Month lease required, than goes month to month. No more than 2 occupants. This home is a one bedroom condo with queen size innerspring bed, large TV with cable in living room, full kitchen and bath. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to cook a meal: microwave, dishwasher, coffee pots, dishes, cooking equipment, toaster etc.. Dining area can accomodate 2 persons. In the bedroom we provide bed linnens, pillows, blankets, luggage rack, hamper, room darkening curtain, dresser, and alarm clock. In our washer/dryer area we have a laundry basket, laundry soap, vacume and iron and board. Bathroom is stocked with linnens, soap and shampoo and a blow dryer. We provide a starter supply of soaps, cleaners and paper products (enough for the first week of your stay). Guests have the entire condo to themselves and may use the community pool while it is open (Memorial - Labor Day) Very close to shopping, restaurants, bus stop and entertainment. Free parking is available in front of the unit for up to 2 cars. Application required $50 fee. Renter's Insurance Required. Rent rates : $1450 per month Nov - March $2200 per month April-October One Time upfront nonrefundable cleaning fee $250
