About This Property

The Master bedroom and living room have a connected spacious balcony to enjoy the view. Ocean views from the Kitchen, which has energy efficient appliances, all stainless steel, and Granite countertops. Master bedroom is large with en suite and a jetted tub, separate tile shower, dual vanity and walk in closet. Two downstairs bedrooms. Stairs or elevator to the downstairs bedrooms and large laundry room. One room shares a door to the bathroom, for convenience. Third bedroom is larger and has access to the backyard. Double car garage. Guest parking is available. Caveat, is the Guest Quarters, which is attached to the home, located under the master bedroom. Guest quarters, has a private separate entrance on the side of the house. All included, is a full kitchen (all appliances, full gas stove), spacious room and a large full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a full size front load stackable washer/dryer. We have a tenant for the guest quarters, to keep him at the property we would reduce the rent to $4500. The tenant is a prior tenant and is extremely quiet and keeps to himself. He does not have to stay and ready to move if new tenants want the entire property. One year lease Tenant pays utilities, Owner pays water.
