Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club is the perfect spot for golfers, vacationers, and snowbirds who are looking for a conveniently located and comfortable winter vacation in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located steps to Main Street North Myrtle Beach and directly across the street from the beach. This three bedroom, two bathroom condo has a king bed in one room, a queen bed in the second bedroom and in the third bedroom is a Queen and a twin size bed. This condo has a partial ocean view from the master balcony, but also features a living room balcony so the whole family can enjoy the ocean breeze! The condo has all the comforts of home and offers a washing machine and a clothes dryer for your convenience. This property has everything to make you feel at home: A fully stocked kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware. A spacious living room with large smart TV, plenty of seating, and a slight ocean view balcony. A washer/dryer (located in the closet on the left before entering the condo. Key to the washer/dryer closest is located in the condo). There is two full bathrooms and a half restroom in one of the bedrooms! Other things to note: No pets allowed. This unit is two completely non-smoking including the balconies. Parking for two vehicles only. Passes required. There is an elevator. This complex is not motorcycle, trailer, or golf cart friendly. Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and on paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach). This unit is available for monthly rentals from November 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025, and also from March 1 through March 31, 2025. Rent is $1,395 per month, security deposit is $1395.
