About This Home
The month you are starting to rent is due by signing. Cats and dogs, allowed. However, don't have the dogs running around freely outside because I have cats in the front and back yard. For the items in the rooms for the pictures... if you want them in the room, great. If not, I will toss them out no problem. Also, there is another room, but it is more of an office space and not a bedroom. Lease duration is at least until the end of this year. More than welcome to stay longer than lease. Ready to rent as early as February 1st. Every monthly rent and utilities is due by the 7th of each month. I cannot extend this timeline for rent. No big parties! If damages happen to house or appliances, you will pay for them. If appliances just happen to quit on their own, no worries. Maintain the home as much as possible, please. Free Wi-Fi and good speeds! Call me if you have any questions about the house, rent, or touring.

The historic Cotton District is a centrally located neighborhood just across Highway 12 from Mississippi State. This college town features affordable apartments and a family-friendly atmosphere. Stroll or drive along Nash Street to admire the beautiful tree-lined lanes, well-kept lawns, and historic homes. More than just students can enjoy the amenities and attractions that this university has to offer, like a football game at Davis Wade Stadium.
Though the Cotton District is mainly residential, there are community centers, fast food chains, local restaurants, and small businesses scattered throughout town. For a great meal and even better company, check out Bulldog Burger company after you’ve found your perfect new apartment in Starkville’s Cotton District.
