This peaceful retreat features modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and an enclosed patio for relaxing in the shade. Designed for extended stays, the home is 1.4 miles from San Juan Regional Medical Center and conveniently near grocery stores, local attractions, and other daily essentials—offering both comfort and accessibility. We love our neighborhood and hope you will too—whether you're here for work, a new adventure, or a temporary stay. The Space - Located in a quiet residential street with the convenience of close-by restaurants and coffee shops, the home offers a close proximity to: Farmington Historic Downtown – one block away San Juan Regional Medical Center – 1.4 miles away, less than a 5-minute drive Farmington Vet Center – 4 miles away Farmington Cboc – 4.6 miles away Northern Navajo Medical Center – 30 miles away Animas Surgical Hospital – 48 miles away There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom). There are two bonus areas off the kitchen- one for storage and laundry and one large bonus room. There is a fully fenced yard and a covered patio. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. There is an additional $50 pet fee per stay. Cats and/or more than 2 dogs might be allowed with prior approval and additional conditions. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. Because sometimes we just want a home-cooked meal, right? The ensuite bedroom is furnished with a smart Roku TV where you'll be able to enjoy Hulu, Netflix and more using your own login account. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to important things like: a washer, dryer, an iron, blow dryer, towels, bed linens, starter bathroom basics, laundry & dish detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, as well as a starter supply of local coffee and hand soaps. Other things to note - There is a Ring camera located in the front door entrance, mounted outside the house, faces the street and captures motions only. All audio recordings are turned off. No other Ring or monitoring devices are located inside the home. It's important to note that the Ring camera is not monitored 24/7, but it is checked as needed and routinely. The house has an evaporative cooler that is shut off during the winter and turned back on in the Spring. Tenants are responsible for taking the trash and recycling bins out to the curbside on trash pickup day. A Leasing Agreement, Renter's insurance and an additional $45 application & screening fee per person are required. Additional fees: a one-time nonrefundable Damage Waiver fee of $35 per lease term (only one person in the party will need to pay this fee), and $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
