Enjoy a suburban retreat just minutes from downtown in this updated cottage-style home, close to Cumberland and Red Rivers! This spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home features hardwood floors, an original fireplace, and beautiful windows. Feel at home relaxing under a large tree in the front yard. A separate Carriage House shares the yard and driveway. The Clarksville Cottage is set on a spacious lot with ample room for parking, whether it be an RV or large vehicle. The large backyard features a patio and outdoor fire pit, great for entertaining or sunbathing in the Tennessee heat! Step inside the front door and experience the comfort of a beautiful redone cottage-style home. To the right is a spacious living area with a fireplace. To the left is a hallway toward the master (king-size) and queen bedroom on the first floor (which has a full bath between them). Step further into the house and you can either take a seat at the dining room table (which can fit up to 8 people) or you can head upstairs! Head up the stairs and you will find a room with two twins that invoke an equestrian theme and a room with a double bed fit for a shepherd. The upstairs is complete with a vanity area. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located on all GPS devices, this home is nestled on a large lot in a family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. [SI]
