This apartment, located over the garage, features two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Once you enter up the stairs, the Carriage House opens up to the living room and kitchen. You will have access to the beautiful grass out front. This is a pet-friendly home. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, this apartment is a short drive to King Tut Coffee and Providence Boulevard. It’s under 10 minutes to Campbell, APSU, and downtown Clarksville, and just an hour to Nashville Airport and downtown Nashville. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. [SI]
