The Clarksville Cottage is set on a spacious lot with ample room for parking, whether it be an RV or large vehicle. The backyard features a patio and outdoor fire pit, great for entertaining or sunbathing in the Tennessee heat! The living area features a fireplace. The dining room table can fit up to 8 people. Upstairs, there is a vanity area. This is a pet-friendly home. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Located on all GPS devices, this home is nestled on a large lot in a family friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If there is evidence of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If any towels and linens are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. [SI]
