There is an extra closet in the living area that can be used for a pantry. The utility closet is spacious as well for all your laundry and utility needs. Benefit from efficient gas heating system and tankless hot water. The downstairs foyer with closet gives you plenty of room for jackets and shoes. The deep detached garage is conveniently located just down your pathway. This really is such a beautiful place to live. Unit might be available earlier in October. Owner pays for water, garbage, and snow removal outside of fence. Tenant pays for gas & electricity. Two small pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Aggressive breeds not allowed. $400 pet deposit, $150 non-refundable. Renter's insurance is required. No smoking. Parking is by permit - two vehicles only and one must be parked inside the garage.
