Along with the king sized bed and a generous closet in the master bedroom, there is queen sized bed or optional futon in the second bedroom/office. You have complete, private access to the entire upstairs portion of the home. The lower level guest suite portion of the home is not included and has a separate entrance on the opposite, lower part of the home. Owner will allow pets determined by the outcome of the pet application process with a good reference, an additional fee and pet rent. There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside the property. Renter's insurance is required. Water/gas/sewer/trash/high speed WiFi/ and a portion of electricity are all included.
