About This Property
I bought/built this house in 2021 to start my family here in a luxurious neighborhood in Ridgefield. So, everything in the house (washer, dryer, stove, fridge, AC etc) is new and to the best quality. The house is in walking distance from Ridgefield highschool and recreation center. Also, the house is 5 minutes drive away from grocery stores, bars, restaurants etc. This home features 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 car garage, 1850 square feet and large fully fenced backyard. The house is built very energy efficient. Unfortunately, I have to move because of my job. If you check the rent in the neighborhood, you'll see that my rent is less than what the market is as I'm a bit in hurry timewise.
