Community pool, manager on site, library, clubhouse with pool table and exercise equipment. Great location close to historic downtown Ft Pierce and area beaches! Felines allowed with a $150 non re-fundable pet deposit per pet. Electricity provided through Fort Pierce Utilities, (deposit may be required). Water and sewer are included in rental fee. Owners pay all association fees. Available immediately. $1500 a month. One and a half months rent for security deposit ($2250). *Proof of income and association approval is required. Must submit payment of $150 for the Island House Association to do a background check for residency approval. **Gate openers are available for purchase at the association office for $50. Open Houses scheduled this weekend for Friday at 5:30PM; Saturday at 1PM; and Sunday at 10AM. (Please contact in regards to making appointments for the open houses or on an individual basis.)
