A separate children's den and a sleeping loft/game room provide additional entertainment space. The open, three-story tower foyer and staircases connect the living areas. Amenities include a gas fireplace with remote control, high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, and keyless entry. A 3-car garage is available. Beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas, can be arranged through a preferred vendor. Grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and babysitting services can also be recommended. Guests towing a boat must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay seasonal fees. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. All properties are non-smoking homes and villas. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of this policy and billed to the credit card on file. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book a property.
