Raffaele’s friends and colleagues call her Rae. She is a real estate professional and Circle of Excellence Award winning agent with the Marlboro/Manalapan office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She has lived in Old Bridge, New Jersey since 1990 where her husband and her raised their two wonderful children. Her husband and her are both natives of Brooklyn, New York and they love living in central NJ where they can take advantage of all the many outdoor activities, New York City and the Jersey Shore! In her practice of real estate, Rae is well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. Many other agents she has worked with do not share her same paradigm which has made it a priority for her to ensure a better way. Her approach to any transaction is this to be honest and trustworthy with all parties involved. During the years 2011-2025, she earned the Circle of Excellence Sales award from the Monmouth County Board of Realtors as well as the International Sterling Society Award with Coldwell Banker. She has served as president of her homeowner’s association, the Lakeridge Community Association, from 1995-2011. Rae is now a member of the Family Services Committee for the Monmouth County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. She knows what it means to communicate and knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction, making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!
