Our small sixteen unit property, located half a mile from Vanderbilt is perfect for students, working professionals, and Vanderbilt and Belmont employees who want a nice, quiet space to relax and unwind after a long day but still want to be close to campus and all the action. Located Southwest of Downtown Nashville, Midtown offers buzzing Nightlife, shows, and rock gigs. With a variety of bars and parks, there is plenty to do in this district. It is both walkable and lies near downtown making it very convenient as a living option. Midtown is home to Vanderbilt University, creating a huge student hub. It bolsters popular attractions like the Parthenon as well. The crowded and diverse clubs and laid-back bars/cafes offer a pleasant student and professional environment, as well as a vast green space. For residents who are affiliated with Vanderbilt, our property is just a short distance from the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, a 289,000-square-foot facility that has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. At the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, you'll find a 25 yard, 16 lane swimming pool, four courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton, five racquetball and two squash courts, a four-lane bowling alley, and five group fitness class rooms. Plus, there's more than 14,000 square feet of weight/fitness room space, a rock-climbing wall, mat room, seven multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, and a 120 yard turf field surrounded by a 300 meter track in the indoor field house. Vanderbilt students have free access to the rec center and employees can join for a small fee. Our apartment features all the amenities you need to feel right at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and separate bedroom and bathroom. The unit also has several large windows that provide lots of natural light. You'll love the recently remodeled bathroom with granite or quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen includes under counter lighting as well as a built in microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, making cooking and cleaning a breeze. With a washer and dryer included, you'll never have to worry about toting laundry back and forth to a laundry mat. An 11-foot wall of closets in the bedroom, a spacious linen closet, and an extra storage closet in the hallway, provide plenty of room for all your belongings. Our units either laminate or hardwood flooring. But what really sets us apart is our dedication to our residents' comfort.
