AVAILABLE NOW! 2 Bedroom 1 bath Apartment. 2045 6th Ave Apt B (four blocks from UNC) $1250 a month. All utilities included. Deposit is $1250. It can be broken up into multiple payments. Apt B is the basement unit and doesn't have a thermostat. The thermostat is in our unit (unit A) upstairs. We keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. With good communication this has never been an issue. No pets (not negotiable) Drug free property including cannabis. No smoking of any kind in unit. (not negotiable) Max occupancy of two people. (Children can be negotiated) There is an application fee of $40 to apply. This covers a background check, work history, and rental history. Each person over 18 must apply.
