This home is in a beautiful and safe area perfect for walks, jogs, bike rides and strolls also a absolutely beautiful park nearby great for walking dogs. Plenty of schools nearby which is convenient for parents, many libraries in the area for youngsters, teenagers and adults. The property has 2 storage rooms providing 1 room per unit in the basement, alongside a provided pair of washers and dryers per unit. The upper unit holds three bedrooms perfect for families, dogs are allowed (2 if they weigh under 25lbs (Pounds)), (1 dog if over 25lbs (Pounds)) only one cat is allowed per unit, if there is a mix then only one cat and one dog under 40 lbs (Pounds) are allowed. Garage Parking is allowed only one per unit, if you park your vehicle in the driveway, the vehicle owners must not block anyone's ability to come and go as they please. The pictures seen are of the lower unit, which is currently occupied, and sunroom is only for lower unit. The upper unit closely follows the same layout with large living room, spacious dining room and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Tenant pays for their own Gas and electric utilities; water and sewer is covered (please note if water is abused a notice will be given to inform tenant will pay water and sewer moving forward). Washer, Dryer, Fridge, and Stove will be provided. Tours will be available May 19th. (More information will be added) Additional Fees Garage: $25.00 per month Storage: $25.00 per month Pet: One time fee/ deposit of $200.00 per pet (50% refundable as long as there are no difficulties during tenants stay with all occupants and pets. $25 per month per pet (This is pet rent and not refundable).
